Research direction: Architectural History and Theory; Visual Culture and Techniques
Zhao Yue received her Ph.D from the Institute of Architectural History and Theory, ETH Zurich (gta, ETH Zürich) in 2023. Her main research interests are in the history and theory of architecture from the nineteenth to the twentieth centuries, with a special focus on the development and transformation of visual culture and techniques. She has published more than 10 papers, reviews, interviews, and translations; in addition, she is interested in testing different visual languages through graphic novels.
